As a Family Therapist, Couple & Sex Therapist , and Trauma Therapist , my focus is on Relational Trauma. Working with intimacy and sexuality through a trauma-informed lens, using Sensorimotor Psychotherapy as a primary modality , allows me to enter into the most tender parts of people’s lives , their deepest sorrows and highest joys Working mainly with couples , together we mine the potential for safer attachment patterns which can enhance their intimacy and sexuality. My specific area of interest is Infidelity and Betrayal Trauma. In my private practice I am drawn to Psychedelic Medicine for both the science and the mysticism that support and expand people’s capacities to expand from intense pain and fragmentation into a wider kaleidescope of relational safety.
