I am a GP with a special interest in integrative medicine, nervous system regulation, trauma, and the interface between mind, body, and consciousness. I work in a small independent practice where I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, thoughtful, and deeply human.

My clinical approach blends conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies, while remaining open to emerging fields such as psychedelic-assisted treatment. I am particularly interested in how altered states, meaning, emotional processing, and connection influence healing outcomes.

I value intellectual honesty, curiosity, and compassionate care, and I enjoy exploring medicine at the edge where biology, psychology, spirituality, and human experience begin to overlap.
